Senior Associate Appraiser
Our Valuation & Advisory professionals have the privilege of working across the full spectrum of commercial real estate valuation. The diversity of our practice and breadth of our client base allows our professionals to provide comprehensive real estate valuation services ranging from traditional appraisal reports, to market studies and feasibility analysis, and participation in multi‑service line strategic consulting. Our mission is to develop our professionals, licensed and trained real estate appraisers, to fully engage in delivering best‑in‑class results to a dynamic client base.
Responsibilities- Complete assignments related to commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects under direct supervision.
- Collect and analyze market data, conduct market research, and analyse complex highest‑and‑best‑use scenarios.
- Analyze revenue and expense performance, estimate cash flows using discounted cash‑flow models.
- Perform analyses of comparable sales, detailed cost analyses, and draw market comparisons to develop opinions of value.
- Participate in the 24‑month Senior Associate Development Program, including milestone reviews, goal setting, and assessments to move toward licensed appraiser status.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- State trainee appraisal license or equivalent required.
- 0–2 years of experience appraising commercial real estate.
- Mastery of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook/Teams, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Argus Enterprise or Rockport VAL a plus.

Annual salary range $59,585.00 – $70,100.00, adjusted for location, market rates, and experience.
