Program Finance Analyst
CACI is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to work at CACI Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. This is a hybrid position and is required to be onsite at least one day per week. Responsibilities include performing routine and non-routine project financial reporting, analyzing plans, forecasts, actual costs, variances and communicating trends, developing, coordinating, and tracking funding and budget activities, applying both government and industry acquisition procedures and policies to ensure compliance of all regulations, providing financial execution of program related work, preparing project financial documents and status reports, providing technical budget support, maintaining an MS Excel Financial workbook and updating various files on Share Point, adjusting a wide variety of appropriated fund accounts to reflect the effects of budgetary transactions, determining appropriate accounting classification and appropriations to be charged by object class, fiscal year, and element of resource, providing input for the development of annual budget submission and engaging with client to provide recommendations for funding allocations.
Required qualifications include active Secret security clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI, BA/BS and 3+ years' experience (OR) Associates degree and 7 years' experience (OR) High School and 9 years of experience, experience supporting financial analysis requirements on USG/DoD contracts, expert proficiency in MS Excel, analytical skills, abilities, and subject-matter knowledge that supports all aspects of financial management, experience with federal funding regulations, appropriation types and associated federal funding regulations.
Desired qualifications include detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and quickly respond to new priorities and requirements, demonstrated knowledge of established guidelines and procedures to maximize the utilization of available funds, familiarity with reading contract funding mods, MIPR lines of accounting, and GFEBs reports.
