Director of Accounting / Finance

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + up to 5% bonus

Location: Onsite | Baltimore, MD

• Lead all accounting operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
• Oversee monthly close, general ledger, debt service, taxes, and insurance
• Develop annual operating budgets and prepare interim financial reports
• Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness
• Coordinate annual financial statement audit and Medicare Cost Report
• Manage and develop the finance team while advising leadership and the Board

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with management responsibility
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial leadership experience
• CPA preferred
