What You’ll Do
As a Relationship Banker, you embrace SECU’s brand and deliver financial education to our members and communities. You may consult with members about their banking needs, review current banking relationships, follow up with a member about a business loan, or strategize to help a member save for college, a home, wedding or other significant life milestone. You may attend community events to talk about financial literacy or SECU offerings, or participate in volunteer events and earn up to 12 hours paid time off per quarter.
Each day offers the chance to demonstrate an engaging personality, build emotional connections, nurture diverse, inclusive relationships, promote financial literacy, the credit union movement and our talent brand, and increase member loyalty through empathy, compassion and heart.
- Consultative sales experience in a financial or banking industry with a proven record of building customer loyalty and expanding financial literacy and well‑being.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals through strong familiarity of retail banking products and services.
- Member Advisor I / Relationship Banker I:
Hourly Pay Range: $21.35 – $32.02 - Member Advisor II / Relationship Banker II:
Hourly Pay Range: $24.62 – $39.42 - Quarterly incentives based on productivity goals
