Job Summary – Project Manager / Business Analyst – Capital Markets & Wealth Management

- Role: Blend of Business Analyst and Project Manager, responsible for managing change initiatives in Capital Markets and Wealth Management domains.
- Domain Expertise: Requires experience in Capital Markets, preferably within Investment Banking or Wealth Management environments.
- End-to-End Process Knowledge: Understanding of front-to-back (F2B) processes including trading, corporate actions, settlements, and reconciliation.
- Project Management: Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery using Agile methodology.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze business, functional, and non-functional requirements, translating high-level business goals into detailed requirements documentation.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain artefacts such as BRDs, user stories, business/process workflows, gap assessments, and risk assessments.
- Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders including product owners, technology teams, operations, and cross-functional teams to identify and document business problems, opportunities, and roadmaps.
- Testing Oversight: Oversee test strategy, planning, estimation, and management activities.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, and BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or Qlik View).
- GenAI Exposure: Familiarity with GenAI applications like Co-Pilot is a plus.
- Industry

Experience:

Prior experience with large financial institutions (e.g., JPMC, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Charles Schwab, Bank of America, UBS) is highly desirable.
- Work Location: Office-based in Baltimore, with a requirement to work onsite at least 3 days a week.
- Experience

Required:

Minimum of 10 years in relevant roles within Capital Markets and Wealth Management.
