Financial Systems Analyst
Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid/Remote)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Johns Hopkins is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise financial systems, including SAP and related reporting platforms. This role serves as a liaison between Finance, Information Services, and business stakeholders to ensure financial systems operate efficiently, securely, and accurately while supporting reporting, training, system enhancements, and business process improvements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain financial systems, including SAP and related reporting applications.
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, security, and performance of financial data and reporting systems.
Assist with system upgrades, testing, implementation, and process improvements.
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training for financial system users.
Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business teams to resolve system and reporting issues.
Participate in small- to mid-sized projects supporting financial system enhancements and integrations.
Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and user resources.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting financial systems in a mid-to-large organization.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Knowledge of financial reporting, accounting processes, and system integrations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with payroll or timekeeping systems is a plus.
MBA, CPA, MIS/AIS, or related certifications preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum 28.90/hour - Maximum 47.71/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
