Working with a highly regarded lower middle market investment platform that is looking to add an Associate to its investment team in Baltimore
.

This is an opportunity to join a team investing across flexible capital solutions, sitting at the intersection of private credit and private equity through a combination of junior debt and minority equity investments.

The team is looking to connect with candidates coming from Investment Banking, ideally Leveraged Finance
, who enjoy complex underwriting, thinking through capital structures, and want to transition into a principal investing environment with meaningful transaction ownership.

What stands out here is the level of exposure and responsibility. This is not a large, layered platform. Associates work closely with senior investors, gain direct exposure to management teams and investment decisions, and follow transactions from sourcing and diligence through execution and portfolio involvement.
