Finance Manager

Antwerpen Automotive is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations and driving the company’s financial strategy.

• Oversee and manage the company’s financial planning and budgeting processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.
• Manage accounting functions, including audits, tax filings, and month‑end closing.
• Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provide thorough explanations of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
• Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
• Process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval through financial sources.
• Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used‑vehicle and finance departments.
• Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
• Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Previous automotive sales experience is required.
• Previous finance manager experience is a plus.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and be a team player.
