M&T Bank - - Responsibilities:
Research and complete complex wire-related transactions on a daily basis to ensure accurate and timely transfer of funds, including domestic and international wire troubleshooting.;
Review and process regulatory reports and departmental application re-certifications to ensure compliance with Federal regulations and Bank policies.;
Perform advanced account reconciliations and monitor overdraft transactions.;
Write and maintain department operational procedures to promote training and policy compliance.;
Monitor internal and external department email mailboxes and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
