The role oversees budget development, financial reporting, federal grant management, and supervises Fiscal Unit Budget Specialists while ensuring financial integrity of fiscal records.
Key qualifications- Eight years of experience in budget preparation, presentation and execution (or Bachelor's degree plus four years experience)
- Experience with governmental accounting at state, federal or local level
- Experience working with state and federal grants
- Experience with budget preparation and monitoring
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
