Associate, Investment Associate

Savano Capital Partners is looking for an Investment Associate to join their Baltimore team. This role is a mix of sourcing new investment opportunities and executing due diligence on potential deals. You’ll work closely with partners and have a direct impact on the firm’s investment strategy in the tech sector.

• Source new investment opportunities and build relationships with tech companies.
• Manage the investment pipeline and CRM.
• Drive investment diligence and prepare investment memos.
• Monitor portfolio companies and support follow-on investments.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve sourcing and investment processes.

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or venture capital.
• Strong foundation in accounting and finance.
• Ability to model company financials and perform valuation analysis.
• Intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships.
• Based in Baltimore or willing to relocate.
