Position Overview

As a Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role you deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. You process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on available options, and identify banking opportunities during the interaction.

• Engages with customers in the lobby, positioning PNC products to meet their needs.
• Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations and makes appropriate referrals to branch staff.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Roles at this level typically do not require a university / college degree or significant prior experience. A comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
