Position Overview
As a Teller within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role you deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. You process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on available options, and identify banking opportunities during the interaction.
Job Description- Engages with customers in the lobby, positioning PNC products to meet their needs.
- Identifies opportunities through meaningful conversations and makes appropriate referrals to branch staff.
- Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Ensures teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
