The position is a frontline customer service role focused on engaging clients in the bank lobby and helping them conduct transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs. You will accurately and efficiently process cash transactions, build relationships with clients to understand their financial priorities, and connect them to appropriate banking solutions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and pursue operational excellence.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in all daily activities, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Develop business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and results focus.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to build strong relationships.
- Passion for improving clients’ financial lives through quality experiences.
- Confidence in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.

- Proficient in educating clients on self‑service banking technologies such as ATM, online banking, and mobile banking.

- Strong time and capacity management.
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours, and to be scheduled at any financial center within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and industry knowledge of products and solutions.
- At least one year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Minimum six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or a business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, business administration, or finance).
- Adaptability, business acumen, and client focus.
- Excellent oral communication, problem solving, account management, and client experience skills.
- Branding, client management, client solutions, advisory, relationship building, business development, pipeline management, prospecting, referral identification, and referral management.
High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Shift & Hours1st shift, 40 hours per week.
Location:
1203 Windlass Dr, MIDDLE RIVER OFFICE (MD4632), Baltimore, MD.
Hourly pay range $25.00 – $26.77. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
