Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain financial controls, spending oversight practices, and process improvements to support organizational efficiency.
• Analyze operational and departmental expenditures to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve profitability.
• Partner with leadership teams to evaluate the financial impact of evolving business needs and market conditions.
• Oversee financial aspects of organizational programs, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and key performance indicators to support informed decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance staff while strengthening financial processes, policies, and external stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial performance to support sustainable growth and operational success.
