Quillion Wealth Management serves residents across multiple U.S. states under WFAFN guidelines, providing access to a broad range of wealth management resources and support.
The Associate Financial Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD. This position supports senior advisors in delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to clients, including gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing proposals, and assisting with portfolio reviews. Day-to-day responsibilities include client meeting preparation and follow-up, responding to client inquiries, maintaining accurate account documentation, and coordinating with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network resources.
The role also involves monitoring client portfolios, researching investment options, supporting compliance procedures, and contributing to client communication materials. The Associate Financial Advisor collaborates with the team to ensure a high standard of service and helps strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to interpret financial statements, assess investment options, and support portfolio analysis.
- Client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly, handle sensitive information professionally, and build trusted relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple client requests, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and financial software platforms; comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM systems, and online research tools.
- Knowledge of investment products, financial planning principles, and basic risk management concepts; prior experience in wealth management or financial services is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred; progress toward relevant professional designations (e.g., CFP®, CFA®) is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with a small team, adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements, and maintain high ethical standards.
