Program Control Analyst
Location: Baltimore, MD
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Control Analyst to support government-funded programs through financial analysis, cost reporting, forecasting, and contract compliance activities. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Earned Value Management (EVM), government contracting, program finance, and project controls
.
- Support program cost and schedule performance tracking, forecasting, and Estimate at Complete (EAC) development.
- Prepare financial, staffing, and performance reports for program leadership.
- Assist with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting and compliance requirements.
- Maintain program baselines and monitor cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
- Identify program risks, opportunities, and cost variances.
- Support proposal development, solicitation reviews, and contract documentation.
- Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations, including FAR and DFARS requirements.
- Collaborate with program managers and cross-functional teams to support project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in government contracting, program controls, or project finance environments.
- Knowledge of EVMS principles and cost/schedule management practices.
- Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and government acquisition processes.
- Experience with Oracle, SAP, Deltek Cobra, RPlan, or similar financial/project management systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Security Clearance.
