Client Service Associate - Multi-Family Office

A leading boutique multi-family office serving ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families and individuals is seeking a Client Service Associate to join its team. The firm provides highly personalized advice and services across wealth management, capital allocation, legacy planning, and the complex operational needs of its clients. This is a high-impact opportunity for a detail-oriented, client-service-driven professional who enjoys working directly with UHNW families and managing the many financial and administrative details of complex lives.

The Associate will partner closely with senior advisors, clients, family members, attorneys, accountants, and other professional advisors to provide white-glove service, seamless execution, and proactive support.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for UHNW clients and proactively manage requests and follow-up
  • Coordinate client onboarding, documentation, account maintenance, custodial relationships, and e-files
  • Support concierge-level services including travel, vendor coordination, bill pay, and other personal financial matters
  • Track deliverables, action items, and client commitments through completion
  • Coordinate with accountants on tax documents, payments, and deadlines
  • Collaborate with attorneys, advisors, and other professional partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and client service
  • Support evolving client needs and special projects as the firm grows
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in family office, private wealth management, private trust company, or related financial services
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience working directly with UHNW clients and their professional advisors
  • Strong understanding of wealth management, estate planning, trusts, philanthropy, and family governance
  • Experience with Fidelity, Schwab, and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
Preferred:
  • Experience with alternative investments, entity structures, and family governance
