Role Description

The Registered Client Service Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD. This role supports financial advisors by providing attentive client service, handling incoming calls and inquiries, and preparing account documentation and forms. Responsibilities include maintaining client records, processing account transactions, assisting with appointment scheduling, and supporting the onboarding of new clients. The associate helps coordinate client meetings, prepares reports and materials, and follows established policies and compliance procedures.

The position requires close collaboration with the advisory team to ensure a high-quality client experience and efficient office operations.

Qualifications
  • Series 7 Preferred Strong Client Services and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building professional, long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in Customer Support and Communication, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and conveying information clearly and accurately.
  • Foundational knowledge of Finance, investments, and brokerage or advisory services, with the ability to learn firm-specific processes and platforms.
  • Relevant securities registrations (e.g., Series 7 and 66 or equivalent) or willingness and ability to obtain required licenses within a defined timeframe.
  • High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with confidential financial information.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office), CRM systems, and document management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
