Senior FP&A Systems Analyst

An experienced Senior FP&A Systems Analyst is needed to support financial planning, reporting, data management, and process automation. This role combines financial analysis with systems expertise to improve forecasting, reporting accuracy, and overall efficiency.

• Build and maintain financial planning models, templates, and automated reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and long-range projections.
• Manage and improve financial data structures within planning and reporting systems.
• Integrate financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Develop automated solutions for financial reporting and scenario analysis.
• Partner with FP&A teams to translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions.
• Improve financial data quality, validation, and governance processes.
• Support workforce planning, performance reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes through technology and automation.
• Maintain documentation for financial systems, models, and reporting processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience with one of the following financial consolidation tools:
  Anaplan, Prophix, Vena, Cube or Farseer
• Experience in FP&A, financial systems, financial data analytics, or a related function.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting knowledge.
• Experience with financial planning or performance management systems.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Strong understanding of financial data and reporting processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with financial automation or business intelligence tools preferred.
