Baltimore City is seeking a Fire Dispatcher to handle emergency and non-emergency calls from 911, 311, and Mutual-Aid, dispatching units per protocol.
Work in a 12-hour rotating shift in a high-stress radio room; must multitask, type accurately, and operate CAD and radio equipment.
Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED with four years of public contact experience, including two years on two-way radio, plus drug/alcohol tests and probation.
