• Assist clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support and incontinence care
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Monitor and document vital signs; report any changes to the RN or supervisor
• Offer medication reminders
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Follow customized Care Plans

• Active CNA certification in Maryland
• Previous home care experience preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (CPR with BLS preferred)
• Negative PPD result within the last year OR Chest X-Ray clear within the last 5 years
• Health Physical or work release from physician within the last 2 years
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must have a clear background (no disqualifying criminal history such as convictions for violence, theft, or abuse)
