Location Baltimore City, MD Compensation $100 - $110 per hour (USD)
Experience Will accept new BCBAsWe are looking for high-quality BCBAs to provide in-home ABA services to our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. Job Description:
* Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.
* Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS).
* Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
* Train caregivers on the client’s individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
* Conduct and write initial and reassessments
* Maintain all certifications and licensures
Qualifications
Education:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Certifications:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACBLicensure:
Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA)
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
Requirements:
* Must have access to transportation to commute and be prompt to each appointment.
* Valid driver’s license
* Willing to undergo a background check.
* Respectful and compassionate.
* Good time management skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to be energetic.
* Hold strong ethics.
* Able to lift 20 lbs.
* Ability to sit on the ground.
