Salary Range: Minimum 38.82/hour - Maximum 38.82/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.

• Successful completion of high school or equivalent education, with formal surgical technology training or hospital-based training requirements. Military Surgical Technologist experience may be considered in place of a formal training program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required; maintained through American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network; must maintain continuing education as required (6 hours per year).
• CST (Certified Surgical Technology) certification is required, or candidates must have five years or more of experience as a surgical tech.
• Two years of surgical technician experience along with Surgical Tech certification (CST) required.
• Alternatively, five years of surgical technician experience can substitute for certification.
