Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Location: Baltimore, MD
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 per year

This COTA role is all about practical impact: helping patients practice the skills they need to manage life more independently. You’ll work closely with an OT, deliver hands‑on sessions, and document outcomes so the care plan stays clear and effective.

• Carry out occupational therapy interventions under OT supervision
• Support patients with self‑care tasks, strength, balance, and fine motor goals
• Adapt activities to match a patient’s abilities and safety needs
• Track progress and complete daily documentation accurately
• Communicate with the OT and care team to keep treatment moving forward
• Follow clinic policies, safety procedures, and infection control standards

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program
• Active COTA license in Maryland
• NBCOT certification in good standing
• Comfortable working with different patient needs and pacing
• Reliable attendance and professional communication
