AboutThe Role
The System Simulation & Training Leader provides strategic, operational, and programmatic oversight of the Life Bridge Health Simulation & Training Centers across all sites. This role ensures that simulation, training, and certification programs are integrated into systemwide clinical, quality, and professional development priorities. The Leader is responsible for establishing unified policies, standardized operations, and system-level resource management to advance high-quality, high-reliability simulation-based education.
The position oversees multidisciplinary teams—including Simulation Educators, Technologists, Standardized Patient staff, Training Center personnel, and administrative support—and ensures alignment with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and organizational goals. The Leader will drive visibility, growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability of the simulation enterprise, supporting both internal patient-care impact and external revenue development.
- Education:
Master of Science in Nursing - Licensure:
Registered Nurse License - Current Maryland license or eligibility to obtain Maryland license - Certification: APRN-Clinical Nurse Specialist License & American Heart Association issued BLS certification
- Experience:
5-7 years of experience in simulation, education, quality, or system-level program leadership
