Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

• Choose between 3x12 or 4x12 schedule options

• Every 3rd weekend required

• Float required to Medical-Surgical, Intermediate Care (IMC), and Emergency Department Boarder units as needed

• Expected to float to ED to care for boarders and/or float to inpatient units to care for patients

• Patient ratios:
Med-Surg typically 1:6, IMC typically 1:3-4

• Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms

• 2 years of nursing experience required

• Travel experience required

• Medical-Surgical/Telemetry and Cardiac Telemetry experience required

• Emergency Room holding experience required

• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS

• Preferred certifications: CPI and NIHSS

• Must have either compact license or Maryland license

• Charting system:
Cerner (preferred experience)

• 24 hours of orientation provided

• Care for adult and geriatric patient populations

• Work with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams

• Two supervisor references required

• Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of signing contract
