Registered Nurse Intermediate Care​/Medical Surgical RN

Med Star Franklin Square Medical Center is seeking experienced RNs to fill full-time, part-time and per diem roles in our Intermediate Care/Medical Surgical Unit.

• 48 Bed Unit
• Mix of High Acuity Intermediate Care and Medical‑Surgical patients
• Chronic vents, insulin drips
• Excellent leadership and tenured core group of RNs who work well together and with newer nurses on the unit
• Flexible scheduling

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyze trends and changes in patient status and plan appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred.
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required.
