Relient Health is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across
Maryland. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement SLP positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.
Current SLP openings available in:- Berlin, Crownsville, Cumberland, and additional
Maryland markets.

Maryland
Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) - SLPs relocating to Maryland
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) starting or completing their CFY
- Experienced SLPs seeking roles in SNF, ALF, retirement communities, hospital-based rehab, outpatient, pediatric, home health, or mixed-setting environments
- SLPs looking for long-term, stable, in-person, permanent placement roles
Note:
Facility requirements vary—some positions require ASHA CCC, while others accept strong CFs. CF supervision availability depends on the specific facility.
Competitive statewide SLP salary range: $38-50/hr (Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience.)

- Collaborate with SLPAs, rehab professionals, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support patient progress toward improved communication, safety, and independence
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Master’s program
- Active
Maryland
SLP license, or eligibility/pending licensure - Ability to work full-time in one of the listedMarylandmarkets
- Authorized to work in the United States
