Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Part-Time Audiologist to join our mobile care team in Baltimore, Maryland
. This role is ideal for someone looking to supplement their current schedule while making a meaningful impact in underserved communities.

All administrative and logistical responsibilities—including equipment, supplies, scheduling, and billing—are fully managed by CMC. This is an independent contractor position, allowing you to focus on patient care without the burdens of running a private practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, and tympanometry.
  • Diagnose and manage hearing disorders, including age-related hearing loss.
  • Provide hearing aid consultations, fittings, programming, and follow-up care.
  • Educate patients and caregivers about hearing health, communication strategies, and device maintenance.
  • Work collaboratively with facility staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Ensure a comfortable and respectful environment tailored to geriatric needs.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from an accredited program.
  • Active State audiology license.
  • Experience in geriatric or mobile audiology care preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to facility-based care settings.
Schedule
  • 1–4 visits per month
  • Weekday availability
  • Typical hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
