Autism Center of Excellence is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support pediatric clients in the Baltimore area.
Current Schedule NeedsMonday–Friday 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Windsor Mill (21217)
Monday–Friday 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM or 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Additional hours may be available at our Columbia clinic for candidates interested in building a larger schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients
- Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBAs
- Support communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and document behavioral data
- Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
- Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
- Professional, dependable, and compassionate
- Ability to work with pediatric clients
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- RBT certification preferred but not required
Employees working 30+ hours per week consistently are considered full-time.
