Direct Support Professional Awake Overnight

Job Summary

We're seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to care for our wonderful individuals with developmental disabilities and enhance their quality of life.

Monday‑Friday, 11 pm to 7 am. Please ensure you have a fully insured, reliable car. Gas stipend available.

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Promote independence in daily activities, such as work, learning, and leisure.
• Facilitate the individual's inclusion in the community's experiences and activities.
• Maintain knowledge of the individual's requirements.
• Comply with the Agency's policies and procedures.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with the Agency's procedures.
• Additional duties upon request.

• Previous experience in a Direct Support Professional or similar role.
• High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• CPR and first aid certification.
• Completion of provided Agency training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation and valid vehicle insurance as specified by the MD.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand proactively and physically support the individual.
• Capable of using smartphone.
