PRN Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis. This position is ideal for CNAs with a passion for supporting children and adolescents, particularly those with special needs, behavioral challenges, or emotional difficulties. You will work in home and community settings to provide direct care and help promote a stable, supportive environment.

• Assist children and youth with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Provide behavioral and emotional support under the guidance of clinical staff.
• Implement care strategies in line with trauma‑informed and individualized plans.
• Document services and observations clearly and accurately.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment at all times.
• Travel to client homes or designated program locations as needed.

• Active Maryland CNA certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children, especially those with special needs or behavioral concerns.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a calm demeanor in high‑stress situations.
