Job Summary

The Program Coordinator at Shepherd's Clinic plays a crucial role in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of healthcare programs and services. This individual will work closely with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, volunteers, and community partners, to ensure the seamless delivery of healthcare initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Planning and Development:
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and refine program goals and objectives.
    • Conduct research to identify community healthcare needs and trends.
    • Design, plan, and implement new healthcare programs in line with the organization's mission and strategic objectives.
    • Support grant writing to fund new and existing programs
  • Coordination and

    Collaboration:
    • Work closely with healthcare professionals, volunteers, and community partners to coordinate program activities.
    • Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure the smooth execution of programs.
    • Collaborate with external organizations to enhance the reach and impact of healthcare initiatives.
  • Data Management and Evaluation:
    • Develop and implement data collection and evaluation processes to assess program effectiveness.
    • Analyze program data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
    • Generate regular reports on program outcomes and present findings to the leadership team.
  • Volunteer Management:
    • Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers involved in program activities.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative environment for volunteers, ensuring their engagement and commitment to the organization's mission.
  • Community Outreach:
    • Represent Shepherd's Clinic at community events and meetings.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key community stakeholders to promote the organization's programs and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program coordination and development within the healthcare or non-profit sector.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in data management and analysis tools.
