Johns Hopkins Care at Home is seeking an Outpatient Clinical Pharmacist I to interpret prescriptions, compound and dispense medications, and serve as a medication expert for patients and providers. You will report to the pharmacy manager and collaborate across sites within Johns Hopkins Medicine.
Minimum qualifications include Maryland licensure, vaccination certification (within six months), active CPR, and at least two years of retail/outpatient experience. Residency is preferred.
