Job Title
Rehabilitation Therapy Services Provider
Job SummaryProvides rehabilitation therapy services to individuals in mental health or vocational rehabilitation programs. Supports patients/clients through assessment, treatment planning, intervention, documentation, and coordination of care to promote recovery and progress toward goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver rehabilitation therapy services using a variety of intervention techniques.
Conduct intake evaluations, interviews, and referrals as appropriate.
Maintain accurate records, including case histories, progress notes, treatment plans, and test results.
Participate in team meetings to review progress and coordinate services with internal and external resources.
Provide guidance and supervision to aides, volunteers, or students as assigned.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesKnowledge of rehabilitation, mental health, or related concepts typically gained through a bachelor's degree in psychology, mental health, or a related field.
Less than six months of previous experience preferred; for Peer Support roles, lived experience may substitute for a degree.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to demonstrate empathy in sensitive situations.
Ability to analyze basic problems and apply sound judgment to determine appropriate solutions.
No certification, registration, or licensure required.
Salary Range:
Minimum 23.35/hour - Maximum 38.54/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
