Our outpatient clinical team at the Merritt DAC in Mount Vernon serves a diverse population, from teens to geriatrics, in a collaborative and supportive environment.
New graduate physical therapists are encouraged to apply! We offer a structured, onsite mentorship program designed to support your professional growth from day one. Your primary caseload will be in orthopedics, and our experienced, supportive clinicians are eager to collaborate with you and help you expand your skill set. Additional specialties are welcome. If you are an experienced clinician interested in professional growth, our leadership program will ensure a smooth transition.
We can consider physical therapists of all experience levels and those looking to start in leadership immediately.

- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
