We're looking for Maryland-licensed therapists who are energized by evening and weekend work and want to make a meaningful impact during these high-demand peak care hours.

Your Schedule. Their Time of Need.This role is designed specifically around our highest-demand hours:
Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekends: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Part-time schedule with peak-hour availability required.
These are the hours when kids are home from school, parents are available, and families are often most ready to engage in care.
Your availability can help a family get the support they need when they actually need it.
Competitive Pay + Monthly Bonus PotentialWe believe clinicians should be rewarded for both their clinical expertise and their commitment to providing consistent, high-quality care.
- $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, or LMFT with independent licensure
- $45 per billable hour — LMSW or LGPC (supervision provided; limited openings)
- Monthly bonus potential for eligible clinicians based on applicable productivity and performance criteria

Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn an additional monthly performance-based bonus on top of their regular billable compensation.
Bonus eligibility is based on applicable productivity and performance expectations, giving clinicians another opportunity to increase their monthly earnings while being recognized for consistently delivering high-quality care.
What You'll DoYou'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, teens, young adults, and their families through secure telehealth.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Conducting clinical intakes and developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
- Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team
- Supporting families through education and care coordination
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
- Building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families
- Delivering culturally responsive care that meets families where they are

What We're Looking For- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong communication, documentation, and technology skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
