• Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
• Deliver effective physical therapy to facilitate patient recovery and improve physical abilities.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and ongoing wellness.
• Contribute to a patient-centered approach that emphasizes individualized, sustainable recovery solutions.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field with relevant credentials.
• Alternatively, Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• For degrees earned outside the U.S., degree evaluation confirming U.S. equivalency.
