We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Ambulatory Practice Coordinator I to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of our ambulatory practice to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery. You will work closely with clinical and administrative staff to support practice management, optimize scheduling, and enhance patient satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and oversee daily ambulatory practice activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to manage patient scheduling and resource allocation.
• Monitor and improve patient flow and wait times within the practice.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Support communication between patients, providers, and administrative teams.
• Manage documentation and reporting related to practice performance and patient care.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

Education and experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
• Experience with in a healthcare setting preferred by not required
