• $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C/LCPC/LMFT, independently licensed
• $45 per billable hour — LMSW/LGPC, with clinical supervision provided
• Monthly bonus potential for eligible clinicians based on applicable productivity and performance criteria
• Target caseload of 15–22 sessions per week

Eligible clinicians have the opportunity to earn a monthly performance-based bonus in addition to their regular compensation. Build a part-time schedule around your life. Our highest-need hours are typically weekday afternoons and evenings, 2 PM–9 PM
, with weekend availability welcomed.

Social work is about more than what happens inside a therapy session. Support the whole family system through care coordination, resource connection, family education, and attention to social determinants of health.

You won't be on your own. Collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, PMHNPs, Care Coordinators, and other members of our multidisciplinary team.

As a Backpack clinician, you'll:

• Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy through secure telehealth
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments
• Develop strengths-based, client-centered treatment plans
• Deliver trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and care team members
• Support care coordination, resource linkage, and family education
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in our EHR
• Partner with families to create sustainable change beyond the therapy session
