The
Pharmacy Technicians
are responsible for a variety of duties to assist in the preparation and packaging of medications, distribution and delivery of medications, supporting the maintenance of proper inventory levels, and keeping appropriate records and documentation.

Night Shift

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of previous hospital experience preferred.
• Completion of a pharmacy technician training program is preferred.
• Requires knowledge of pharmacy work routines, procedures, materials, terminology, and medication names.
• Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certified required.
