Lead Child and Adolescent Therapist – Frederick, MD.

We’re looking for a clinician who will carry a clinical caseload while also serving as an on‑the‑ground leader for the Frederick location, supporting the clinical culture, collaborating closely with leadership, and helping ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care from day one.

  Flexible within business needs, with emphasis on after 3pm weekdays and weekends to serve our patient population

• Lead Clinically: Support the clinical culture of the Frederick team, model best practices, and serve as a collaborative resource for other clinicians as the team grows
