• Responsible for driving membership growth through consistent follow-up of company-provided leads and proactive generation of new prospects. This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for fitness. Success in this role is measured by lead conversion, new member acquisition, and the ability to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
