$37–$41/hour | Full-Time | Benefits
Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the therapy team at Autumn Lake k alongside experienced rehabilitation professionals while providing hands‑on treatment that helps residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function.
What You'll Do- Deliver physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Guide residents through strengthening, gait training, balance, transfers, endurance, and mobility activities
- Follow established treatment plans and support individualized rehabilitation goals
- Observe resident progress and communicate relevant changes to the supervising PT
- Reinforce therapeutic exercises and safe movement techniques
- Complete clear and timely treatment documentation
- Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident recovery
- $37–$41/hour
