As a Maintenance Assistant Part-Time, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and safety of our community.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and buildings
• Conduct rounds to check and report any issues or concerns related to resident care
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
• Perform custodial duties, such as cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and floors
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Assistant Part-Time preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
