This is an opportunity to step into a clinic-based leadership role with a highly structured schedule, strong administrative support, and the ability to focus on clinical quality without the burden of billable hour requirements.

- Monday–Wednesday | 7:30 AM – 8:30 PM | $100,000 salary
That means 4 days off every week — with no work expected outside your scheduled clinic days.

What You’ll DoAs a BCBA, you will:
- Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Technicians
- Develop, implement, and update individualized ABA treatment plans
- Conduct parent training and caregiver support
- Complete clinical supervision and case oversight
- Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Analyze client data and adjust programming based on progress
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals to support meaningful outcomes
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of ABA supervisory experience preferred
- Strong experience with ABA methodologies, Verbal Behavior, and assessment tools
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for clinical excellence and family-centered care
