main purpose of jobthis position will provide advanced administrative, programmatic, data management, and continuous quality management (cqm) support for the local health department's hiv program, including coordination of key operational functions for the ryan white hiv/aids program, hiv prevention services, and the 340b drug pricing program. This position supports day-to-day administrative operations by maintaining program documentation, assisting with compliance monitoring, coordinating careware data management, annual ryan white services report (rsr) submissions, and preparing required reports and analyses in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements.
this position serves as the primary administrative coordinator for 340b program activities, supporting data tracking, audit preparation, and contract pharmacy coordination under the direction of program leadership. Additionally, this position supports cqm activities by assisting with performance monitoring, identifying opportunities for improvement, coordinating quality improvement efforts, and contributing to efforts that strengthen program compliance, improve data accuracy, and enhance the quality of hiv prevention, care, and treatment services.
minimumqualifications
education: graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
experience: one year of experience performing administrative staff, clerical, clerical technical, or secretarial work.
notes- candidates may substitute 30 credit hours from an accredited college or university for the required experience.
- candidates may substitute u.s. Armed forces military service experience as a non-commissioned officer involving staff work requiring regular use of independent judgment and analysis in applying and interpreting rules and regulations in accordance with agency laws and policies on a year-for-year basis for the required experience.

- general understanding and experience using microsoft office suite, such as excel.
