Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation department within a skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a clinician who enjoys hands-on patient care, teamwork, and helping residents improve mobility, safety, and independence.

• Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with walking programs, transfer training, balance activities, and therapeutic exercises
• Help residents work toward functional mobility and independence goals
• Observe patient performance and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Complete accurate documentation and treatment records

• Supportive interdisciplinary environment with PT, OT, SLP, and nursing collaboration
