As an Activity Aide on our team, you will be part of a dedicated rehabilitative team providing exceptional care to our residents.

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Activity Aide to join our activities department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. This includes, but is not limited to, developing and leading group activities, assisting with daily living skills, and promoting socialization and community building.

• Plan and lead various activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and entertainment programs

• Assist residents with daily living skills, including grooming, dressing, and personal care

• Engage residents in social activities, promoting socialization and community building

• Monitor and document resident participation and feedback

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive and person-centered approach to care

• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment
