We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) to join our wonderful team at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Overlea! • Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Assist with medication administration, as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in ongoing education and training to improve skills and knowledge

• Previous experience as a Geriatric Nurse Assistant (GNA) preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Maryland
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and precision
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
